All you need to do is go to http://www.egroups.com which will redirect 
you to a Yahoo screen. Scroll down to the bottom and click on the 
button that says: "Convert my eGroups account". Just follow the prompts.

If you already have a Yahoo account you will need to enter that name 
and password. If you do not already have an account just enter your 
eGroups name and password. That will redirect you to another screen 
where you can just click on the button that say "No, I do not have a 
Yahoo! ID. Register for a Yahoo! ID now!"

Once you have gone through Yahoo's regsitration process and choosen a 
name and password all your eGroups will be converted over and you will 
have access to all functions including moderator and owner stuff.

I have just done this for both groups I own and moderate and the 16 
others I subscribe to. One conversion takes care of all your groups.

Everyone will have to do this if they want access to the other 
functions such as files, polls, database, etc.

Also don't forget to change your address to xxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

The URL for the main groups page is http://yahoo.groups.com (no www).
