I'm using version 2.5 of their software on a regular base.
Although there are some points for improvement (well, that's
a statement valid for all software ;-) it's the best software
for assembling stereoscopic images I've encountered until now.

BTW: I just tried the new version 1.06 of Takashi Sekitani's
Anaglyph Maker and rate it second. Now it's not limited to
anaglyphic output any more but also supports other formats.
Not as powerful as 3d Image Stereo Factory but also very handy
and even free!

Both programs save considerable time compared to manual
processing the images with Photoshop although I still use
Photoshop for the basic tasks such as scaling, sharpening,
converting, etc.
