[photo-3d] Is Meopta compatable with View Master?

Greetings, Y'all!

I recently purchased a Meopta stereo camera with cutter. Camera was $40 and 
the cutter was an extra $15.

For those who don't know, the Meopta 35mm stereo camera's film path runs at 
a diagonal in the camera body--very much like the View Master Mark II stereo 
camera.

Do any of you know if:

1). Meopta stereo pairs cut with the Meopta cutter readily fit blank View 
Master reels?

2). If the Meopta film cutter can correctly cut Mark II film?
