I try to be very subjective regarding my feedback comments.
If I feel that complications have arisen through misfortune and not 
bloody-mindedness then I will tend to overlook them.
But, if - as has happened recently - the money was paid but the 
goods never arrived, I try to get a reasonable dialog going with the 
seller.
This particular seller is just begining to annoy me!!!
I paid for Airmail postage to England, but the item did not appear.
After 3 weeks of fruitless email, he eventually tells me he sent it 
"overland". That should take up to five weeks. It is now 7 weeks 
and there is no further communication from him.
Scam????? - possibly, it did happen once before.
My point being that even if I give him bad feedback, it dosn't stop 
him dealing nor does it stop people buying from him.
