Gary himself will probably admit that he is incorrigible
when it comes to the stereo window. We held a small stereo
window tutorial/mounting workshop at our club meeting last
week, and Gary wanted no part of it. I'm afraid it is long
past the point of getting through to him politely. :-)

Part of the problem with Gary's web images may just be
technique. Some months back he did mention he was having
trouble getting the window right using Photoshop. Perhaps
he is struggling to make the leap from slide mounting to
print/web "mounting."

For others in that situation, the key concept to remember is
that the print/digital equivalent of "moving the chips farter
apart" is trimming (cropping) the outside edges. Conversely,
the print/digital equivalent of "moving the chips closer
together is trimming (cropping) the inside edges.

But what about issues beyond technique? Is there such a thing
as a person who can see stereo images in 3D, but is not able
to see the stereo window?
