What were they using to display the anaglyph video, and did it look good?

(i.e. was it NTSC TV display, or a Digital progressive scan display?)

P.S. looked at some HDTV demos today on a large Mitsubishi plasma display.
I think it was a progressive signal??  The salesman guy couldn't tell me...
why am I not surprised....

It looked very suitable for anaglyph.  It looked very sharp through either
the blue or red lenses.
