It is a matter of promoting this list... Mentioning its
existence.  Making an effort to keep it up.  Treating
it like your baby.  Getting out there to collect the
information yourself instead of waiting passively for
the information to come to you.  Taking pride in compiling
the most recent and updated list that exists.  Thinking of
it as your own creation and responsibility, not as somebody
else's job.

How will the club secretary do that if he/she does not
know that the list exists?  Why bother if he/she does
not think that the list is being used?  We need someone to 
remind people that this service/place exists.  We need 
someone to show personal interest.  You strike me as the 
right person to fit this bill.  Maybe I am wrong. :)
