Actually, Yahoogroups is not a bad way to do this.  We could:

1) Start a group to which at least one club officer from each club would 
subscribe.

2) Create a database which members themselves could modify to keep their 
club's info up-to-date.

3) Set up an automatic reminder sent to members to keep their club's info 
current.

There are other facilities, such as files, other databases, etc. which 
might be useful to individual clubs, or for interchanging information 
between clubs.
