I agree with Bruce, but just wanted to add that I did this by accident
recently and it can really create a neat effect.
In my situation the stereobase wasn't even hyper (by much, it was 72mm). But
the effect of the moving clouds pushed the sky back from the mountains
creating noticeable deviation that you wouldn't normally see unless it was a
hyper.
