Alas, the mechanical shutters in some (of my) cameras have at
least this much scatter from shot to shot, or their speed varies
according to temperature (warm or cold) by at least as much.

Doing the math, this averages to a roll every 3 minutes during
a 2,000 hour working year. Wow !
