There are two aspects of mounting stereo images:
1) Theory, 2) Practice.

Written information on mounting can teach you the THEORY.
This is very important IMO but there is no warranty that
by knowing the theory you can actually mount a single
stereo pair.

The PRACTICE of stereo mounting depends on the images
and mounting material and it is only learned by doing it.
Perhaps a video can teach you someone's technique but
by doing it yourself you will develop your own style and
you will improve with PRACTICE.

Start by deciding what mounts you will use. This will
determine all the details.

BTW, I have a series of articles (3 to be exact) on stereo
mounting that teach the basic theory and touch on applications.
DrDave and myself conducted a stereo slide mounting workshop
last year in NSA and we might repeat it this year in Buffalo.
Attending this workshop might be a good place to pick up
a few tips but, again, only by doing it yourself again and again,
you learn and improve (so, what's new?)
