[photo-3d] interocular adjustment

Of course it's better, when passing around a viewer, to have LARGE, QUALITY
lenses that DO NOT need adjustment. Otherwise, the setting may need to be
changed for each person, and the novice REALLY does not like the hassle!
(It's no fun peering into a viewer to see a double image.)

The ideal is large lenses AND interocular adjustment, such as the DeWijs
"Comby" viewer.

Sharing 3D has always been a difficult (but hopefully worthwhile!)
proposition.
