It seems like nothing more than common decency to return the camera.
Perhaps one reason we have a legal system is to step in where this quality
is lacking. It's fortunate that we even know where the RBT ended up. I
occasionally stop by thrift stores and will pick up any item that looks
interesting, even if I don't know what it is. If I knew nothing about 3D
photography I could picture myself buying the camera on impulse, putting it
on a shelf for a few years and forgetting about it, and then one rainy
Saturday taking it down and perhaps trying to hack it into two regular
