I can understand where this woman is coming from regarding reprints of
old stereo slides. I have about 100 stereo slides left by my
Grandfather who died somewhere around my 1st birthday. I have taken
several of these and duped them with a 2x2 slide duplicating tube on my
(now defunct) Konica. The reason I did this was to provide an 8x10 of
my parents with my grandparents back around the time they first got
married.
I also provided photos to my aunt who didn't have very many photos of
her father. Had I done these in stereo, I would have had to come up
with a stereo viewer as well. Actually, now that I think about it, that
may be a good Christmas present this year. Stereo cards and a viewer of
Grandpa's slides.
