[photo-3d] Club listings updates

Joel Alpers has done a batch update of the club
listing information that he received in a flurry
of activity after the recent discussions on this
list.  There are now 6 clubs (US) with 3/2001 "last
update" dates, to go along with the smattering of
1998-2000 last updates, plus some recent international
updates.  There are quite a few more, though, that
look suspiciously out of date.  Examples from just
the US and 'Organization' listings:

  San Diego   - 06/94 (3D imaging group, not the stereo camera club)

Still notably absent: OSPS, Heartland

Congratulations to the diligent Aussies, who now have 100%
of their listings updated 03/2001!  At the other end of
the scale, none of the Japanese club listings have been
updated since 1994 (and none have e-mail contact info,
and most probably aren't on photo-3d).

As noted on the search results page, e-mail changes or
additions to: jkbl@xxxxxxxx  Joel will process another
batch after the next flurry of activity subsides.

I am sending a bcc: of this note to the last known contact
person (or my guess as to who might know something about
the club) for some of the above, but the problem with this
approach is that if the contact info is out of date, and
I don't happen to have a good guess or the correct info
from some other source, they won't get their direct copy!
