Let me join the chorus of thankers, as Bob Wier hands frayed whip and
sweaty gavel to the next generation of list management.  We welcome him to
the Legion of Lazy Lurkers.  He's earned the rest.

I successfully predicted his stepping down full one year ago in a posting
called "P3D, the Poor Little Lambs."  See that Message #17 for a lesson in
prescience.

My good chum Paul Talbot will be an able successor, and I plan to
cynically exploit our personal association in every way possible.  May 3-D
blessings rain on Bob an Paul's heads forever.
