It just happens that one of my good friends is a professional 
upholsterer and sews commercial awnings. I could get you a 
great deal on grommeted edges. Perhaps some sort of trade for 
some of your left over screen material *{:-)

An aluminum ladder type like the NSA uses is the best but 
probably not the cheapest. Once again another of my good 
friends is a professional welder with mig and tig expertise 
(for welding aluminum).
