I buy most of my film from B&H but I have a problem with the FedEx 
shipping also. Packages must be signed for and I am never home when 
they come, so I must either call and arrange another delivery or
spend an hour driving to another town to pick it up before they
close. 
This is especially nerve-racking if I order infrared film during hot 
weather. The PO is close and it's easy for me to pick up there.

Just the opposite for me. Fedex leaves my packages while Ugly United 
Parcel Lack of Service requires signature nomatter what. Previously when I 
had a contract they would always leave without signature. Apparently they 
changed their policy when they all became instant millionaires. You never 
see them running anymore.
