So who is going to make the decision whether to combine or not 
and when that should be? This needs to be done soon and sent 
to the NSA Convention committee for scheduling.

I would be more than happy to have all of them together at one 
meeting and have it on a Thursday afternoon or evening. So if 
no one else steps up to take the reigns I will and set it as I 
just stated (provided the NSA Convention committee approves).
