Well, since you seem to be asking the question, I'll give you the answer!
;-) The correct term is "Hear! Hear!" Picture a king's messenger standing in
the center of town: "Hear ye! Hear ye! By order of his majesty..." What
you're wanting to express is "Hear! Hear what this man/woman has to say!"
Not "Here! Here in this corner is where I want you to sit!" ;-)
