[photo-3d] computer model 3D?

Actually, a computer model is NOT 3D, it's actually just a bunch of numbers
and algorithms... one can only SEE the model when rendered from in
particular point of view with particular lighting and particular texture
mapping, etc. One CAN render from multiple points of view for stereo, or
animation, or both. (I can't wait to see SHREK... I sure hope they do a
stereo version!)

The tree outside your window is three dimensional... a flat photo of it is
not. Even a stereo photo of it isn't... your mind produces the illusion of 3
dimensions.
