While I am not aware of any commercial 3D PAL VHS videos, there are a
few Region1 3D DVDs available from US based mail order companies such
as 'DVD Express' www.dvdexpress.com/  that can be played on most
modern PAL TV sets via the widely available (in Australia) multi
regional DVD players.
