S3D Series 4 & 5 filters etc FS

For those who are not familiar with these, the series IV and V filters
are unthreaded, 20mm and 30mm in diameter respectively, and are held in
place by screw-on retaining rings. The retaining rings are already
present as standard equipment on the Revere (series IV) and Kodak
Stereo/ Viewmaster Personal (series V). In order to use series V filters
on a Realist, one needs either Realist manufactured adaptors, or those
described below.

Series IV (fit Revere): 
      Kodak skylight filters     $14/ pair
      Kodak closeups 3+          $18/ pair
      Kodak closeups 1+          $18/ pair
      retaining rings            $10/ pair
      Kodak lens hoods, boxed    $18/ pair

Series V (fit Kodak & Viewmaster Personal; also Realist with adaptors):
      Kodak Wrattan A (red)           $14/ pair
      Tiffin "#85 A type" (orange)    $14/pair
      Kodak daylight "type F" (light orange) $14/pair
      Kodak closeups 2+               $18/pair
      Kodak lens hoods (too big for Kodak Stereo), boxed  $18/ pair
      retaining rings             $10/ pair

Kodak Series IV to V adaptors (marked "Series 5 No. 52" but work well as
step up rings) with retaining rings (screw into series IV such as Revere
and allow you to use series V size filters):  $15 pair

Tiffin Series #5 to #6 step up rings (to use series VI filters and
accessories on cameras that normally use series V) plus retaining
rings:  $15/ pair

Adaptors for Realist: 20.5mm Kodak push-on adaptors with retaining rings
(to allow use of series V filters):  $18/pr
