CORRECTION:
The book was sold to a P3D member but now he knows the shipping costs
the buyer thinks these costs too high. Please: BEFORE telling the seller
that you want the item , ask him about the shipping costs. 
In the future I'll always quote the shipping costs when I offer
something for sale.

I still recieve requests for the cutter.  The cutter is SOLD.
