S3D EBAY vs. SELL-3D

Dear Friends,

I received a message from a subscriber saying that he is considering
unsubscribing because sell-3d has become a place to post ads for
auctions taking place in eBay.  My response was this:  I am not
surprised, and, as a matter of fact, I am getting ready to put
some things in ebay too!  Apparently, this is the way of the future.
And I really don't mind seeing announcements of eBay auctions
here as I rarely check eBay...

I have suggested to Bob that we take sell-3d off calcite.rocky.edu
and put it in onelist.com or listbot.com and let these commercial
outfits run it at no expense or bother for us.  But Bob has other
plans.
