S3D FS: Franka Achromat Attention 2 x 2ers

As some of you know the Franka Company has discontinued all its stereo
products including its 2 x 2 viewer.  Reel 3D has sold out of their
remaining stock and only have accessories available.  Those of you
familiar with the viewer may recall that it is a focussing viewer and
with an adapter for viewing 2 x 2s and stereo mounts.  Berezin Stereo
purchased a small amount of the viewers with the intention of modifying
them and providing them as an achromatic viewer.  To make a long story
short we have 10 achromatic viewers with really no prospects of getting
any more.

We are offering the 10 viewers for sale individually on sell-3d as a
one-time offer, details are below.  Also we can add achromats to
existing viewers (see below):
 
Franka Twin 35mm Achromatic Viewer
Now a high quality viewer for 2 x 2 and Realist format
We have added crisp achromatic lenses!!
We have taken the same achromats that have made our Star D Achromatic
such a success and added them to the Franka Twin 35mm focussing
viewer.   This has resulted in a high quality viewer for the 2 x 2
format.  This viewer uses natural light (hold it up to the light for
illumination) and comes with a slide frame which allows you to slip your
normal left and right slides in. It has 47mm FL lenses and has a wide
focussing range.
This allows use with a twin rig, slide bar or full frame stereo camera
such as an RBT camera.  It also will view conventional Realist
(Rochwite) stereo slides with an adapter available from Reel 3D.
If you already own a Franka we can upgrade the lenses to convert it to
an achromatic viewer.  See below for details.

The adapter below can be used for thicker slides (such as GEPE and WESS)
and also for cardboard mounted slides to easily change slides one at a
time.  It fits rather loosely.

Upgrading Lenses in a Franka Viewer

We can upgrade the lenses in any Franka Viewer with our 47 or 43mm FL
achromats.   Please include $5 S&H in the US (please specify 47 or 43mm
FL).
