I did this once my self.  You basically need to adjust the outer
lense of the triplet.  Get a rough idea of where the sharp area
is looking at some mylar at the back of the camera, then mark with
pencil (or just remember) about a dozen settings near the outer edge,
centered on the sharpest area. O'clock is a good starter.
Load some B&W film, and take a dozen shots of a sharp object (trees, no leaves),
rotating, and noting the position, of the outer lense.  Develop and look
at the film through a loupe.  You should see a series of the same image
becoming sharper, and then less sharp.  Set the outer lens to the position
the produced the sharpest image.  Repeat with finer graduations if necessary.
