S3D Olympus XA Twin Rig - build your own

The September issue of '3D Window' has the start of an interesting
series of articles by David Stuckey on 'Coupling Olympus XA
Cameras' to make a high quality compact stereo twin rig.
The XA twin rig in master slave mode is probably the best value
stereo setup available today.

'3D Window' is the Newsletter of the Sydney Stereo Camera Club
and is a available as a 20 page colour (color to US readers)
electronic magazine.

The September 1999 issue is available as a free download

The email version of the bulletin is a pdf (Portable Document Format) file.
File size is about 400kb.

The pdf file can be read with Acrobat Reader Version 3 or later which is a
free download from Adobe's Web Site <http://www.adobe.com/acrobat/> The
current version is Version 4.
