The viewer in question is called a MagicCard System Viewer
and is made by
J. Vit, (Copyright 1993).

I don't know if the above is still current. The information
was gathered directly from the stereo viewer. The seller 
might have missed this info, since it's printed and hidden
behind the lenses on the bottom crease. The viewer is in
the form of a folding postcard, which a person can stick
a stamp on and mail.

Evidently there are more in this series. I have three other
ones which are different from the one pictured on ebay. I
got mine from Sam Smith, awhile back.
