S3D Pentax Stereo Adaptor

Coincidentally with the discussion on P3D, I have a Pentax Stereo
Adaptor for sale. It is in excellent condition, although the original
box is somewhat worn. The unit was purchased in Japan, so has an
instruction booklet in Japanese.

The taking unit has the 52mm thread. Pentax recommends a minimum focal
length of 55mm, and restricting apertures between 5.6 and 8 (although a
recent post on P3D discussed how to get around this limitation with
cardboard septums).
