S3D Status of View-Master Personal reel orders

I wanted to let everyone who placed an order for the last of the VM
Personal reels this summer know the current status. I sent in 3 separate
orders for about 3000 reels each, one in June, one in July, and one in
August. The June order arrived in July and has been sent to all of the
June buyers.

View-Master received a lot of complaints on the quality of the reels, so
the plant took about a month to try and tweak the machinery into a
usable reel. The quality is supposedly much better than before, but
production has slowed to a crawl. I suspect that they are not just
turning the machine on in the morning and shutting it off at night, but
actually checking the reels as they come out and making adjustments!

Regular production started back up the last week in August. Our orders
are numbers 14 and 22. Last week they were up to order number 9, so
baring any unforeseen problems I am expecting the July order in about
two weeks and the August order in a month.
