I have the following issues of National Geographic Magazines with Holograhic 
covers for sale:

Mar. 1984   Eagle Hologram              (4" x  2½" image)       3 copies 
available
Nov. 1985   Skull Africa's Taung Child  (4" x 5" image)         2 copies 
available
Dec. 1988   Earth (6" x 6" actual image)    Entire holographic cover    2 
copies available*
      * 1 issue slightly dog earred upper right corner, not affecting the 
globe image.
