S3D WTB stereo camera

I'm looking for a decent Kodak Stereo, Realist 3.5, Realist 45 or
Revere 33 in good working order for a friend who has been a '2D'
photographer for the last 40 couple of years. He has sold all his
mono equipment (Two Hasselblads, Pentax, things like that) and he
wants to give 'stereo' a try. I do my utmost to advise him and
since he has neither internet access nor eMail, I promised him to
put a 'WTB' here on sell-3d. If you have anything on offer please
reply to me and I will pass the information to him. Accesories
like case, shades, flash, filters can be discussed. Preferably
your snail mail address because I don't know if he can make long
distance calls (i.e. from The Netherlands to the U.S. of A.)
