S3D FS: Defective DrT's Realist books

I have 3 defective copies of my Realist book.  The defect is that I have
punched the holes (for the comb binding) 1/8th inch off.  (This happens
when I adjust the puncher for the clear covers which are 1/4" wider than
the pages, and forget to adjust the puncher back to regular 8.5x11" size...
duh!)  Otherwise the copies are fine.

This book is a great guide to the Stereo Realist and stereo photography in
