George, I think you should feel free to sell them. You have no obligation
to track down the source of the images. Burglars steal cameras, but it's
pretty unlikely they'd steal a bunch of 3D pictures. Most of the personal
photos I've seen sold are the result of someone throwing out "junk" or
sticking it in a garage sale or estate sale. If one relative gets them and
unloads them, and later another thinks they want them, too bad. You have
your purchase record for the images. If someone feels they have a claim,
*that's* the person who needs to contact you. Just sell them and don't
feel guilty about it. Nor do you have to put a ridiculous disclaimer as
per the above in your advert for ebay. If they were stolen and are on a
police report of missing items, that's another story, but again, the
primary owner needs to contact you, not some do-gooder.
