[sell-3d] Edixa III Camera. Shutter inoperative

This German camera looks to be in excellent condition.  It shows 
the typical fine German workmanship.  Rangefinder.  Light meter (I 
wouldn't trust it).  However, there is a screw for adjusting the 
light meter.  The case is brand new.  Steinheil Cassar f3.5 lenses. I 
see that Charley Piper has worked on it on 5/4/80.  When I press the 
shutter release button, it clicks like it is making an exposure, but 
it is easy to see that the shutters do not open.  Photographs of may
