[sell-3d] Field sequential videos in Stereo World/trade

Around Christmas there was an issue of Stereo World with ads from someone
in California who had field sequential videos for sale-- does anyone
remember the name/phone for the person? He had a number of videos
available-- please post the information directly to me, not to the list.

I'm trying to find a copy of the FS video with the Adventures of Sam Space
that was in a compilation, and the features Comin At Ya, and Treasure of
the 4 Crowns. Will also trade for other FS movies...

One trade item that may be of interest is an original vhs copy (in its
box) of "It Came From Outer Space" issued by MCA in 1980. This is an
anaglyph video, and frankly, the anaglyph work isn't that great, which is
why it was only in release for about two months before being withdrawn.
However, it's the only full length 3D release of this film, and a highly
sought after collector's video. The tape is an ex-rental, but plays well.
And what makes this copy extra special is Ray Bradbury's signature on the
box, and a ticket from Ray Bradbury's appearance in Tacoma (May 17, 2000).
Bradbury didn't sign for the general public, but I was on the event
planning committee, and we had a special signing session.

BTW I just did a restoration of Cat Women of the Moon-- I digitally
removed the fake colorization that had been added and managed to turn it
into a fairly crisp b/w field sequential video. There's still a little
background audio noise in the first 10 or so minutes as with all the field
sequential prints I've seen of this film. Very strange movie. Also, the
editing is odd, because the wide shots at the spaceship control room are
all pseudoscopic (obviously the same intercut footage!) but the 3D is
pretty good for the overall film.
