Here are a few items that can be used for parts, or can be repaired
themselves. I don't have the time, so out they go.

1. Honeywell Repronar 805 Slide copier. What's' wrong - Bellows is dried
out and cracking, needs repair or replacement. Frosted glass piece over
flash is missing, needs replacement. Shutter release button is missing,
all of the ones that I have seen were missing the knob (bad design puts
too much pressure on it), use pencil in hole. Filter holder missing,
frequently missing, not really needed, just put filters in slot. Slide
guide missing, if doing stereo you will need to make your own anyway out
of black card stock or plastic. Exposure calculator missing plastic knob
to hold it in place, use a small piece of wood. 
Strong points - Both camera and flash work. Lens nice and clear.
Photocopy of instructions included. Commercial quality unit. $80

2. TDC Stereo Vivid Viewer - this is the high-end one. Focusing rack is
usually broken on these. This one's rack is excellent! Nice looking
viewer. What's wrong - Battery corrosion was so bad that battery
brackets fell apart when I went to clean them. Also, very small chip on
back of lower case. If you have a viewer with a broken rack, or if you
want an excellent AC viewer, this won't take long to convert. $80

3. Arrow-View Sequential viewer with one 10 slide tray. This rather rare
and usually quite expensive viewer is in bad shape. What's wrong - Front
lip of tray area missing (big chip), not needed but cosmetically ugly.
Tooth on advance gear missing, needs repair with epoxy. Two small cracks
on bottom, can be glued. Advance handle was broken off and repaired,
could use better looking repair. Tray cover cracked, needs gluing.
Strong points - Viewer works! Very clean inside, glass is good,
interocular and focus work well. Has a rather sophisticated advance
mechanism, could be used to make an unusual custom viewer $45
