Can't free view?  Don't give up on perusing stereo magazines, such as 
Stereo World, Stereoscopy, Journal of 3D Imaging, Bulletin Mensuel du 
Stereo Club Francaise, etc.  This metal, folding stereoscope, with 4 
legs, brings out the stereo very well in the 3D images in these 
periodicals.  The lenses are 28 mm. in diameter.  I think the lenses 
are glass.  $10.00 including shipping anywhere in USA.  If
