I have for sale three of the best stereo books ever
written:

1. Herbert C. McKay "Three-Dimensional Photography", 1953.

Classic book by one of the top stereo authorities of all times. 
H. C. McKay is my favorite writer and personal idol. I enjoy 
his writing style and emphasis on practical results. The book 
has 21 chapters covering everything from stereo cameras, to 
theory, and techniques. 330 pages, hardcover, not dust jacket. 
Excellent condition.

2. Morgan & Lester "Stereo Realist Manual", 1954

Considered the Stereo Realist Bible and for a good reason. 
But it covers much more than the Realist in its 15 chapters 
and 400 pages. Examples: Slide mounting, Portrait and Fashion, 
Stereolusions (by Tommy Thomas), Underwater Photography, 
Stereos through the Microscope, and much more. Some color 
stereo pairs in addition to the usual B&W. Hardcover, no dj, 
spots on the sides and in a few pages. Plastic viewer included 
in the back. Don't miss on this wonderful reference!

3. Lenny Lipton, "Foundations of the Stereoscopic Cinema", 1982

Subtitled "A Study in Depth" goes far beyond Cinema. Covers the 
basic principles of stereoscopy with plenty of references. 
Rather technical but refreshing Lipton writing style. This is 
one of my all time favorite stereo book. Hard to find and very 
desirable. Hard cover, dj, 320 pages. In excellent condition 
with some minor penciled notes and marks inside.
