[sell-3d] Global Priority mail is better in many cases

For those US sellers who ship items to international
destinations, consider using Global Priority mail
instead of air mail.

I had an auction of two books and filters which 
weigh 2.3 pounds.  Global Priority Mail comes
with its own free envelope and it is unlimited
weight (flat rate) as long as you can fit your
stuff in the envelope.  (This is good for flat things
like books, etc., which are usually heavy).

Global priority has a flat rate of $9. Air mail
for this package came to $14.40 and it takes longer.
So, I chose Global Priority mail.

You can get this information from the Post Office's
web site: www.usps.com

Those who buy things from the USA, ask the buyer how
much the package weighs and then go to this site
and figure out how much it costs to mail it via
different methods.
