[sell-3d] PayPal goes INTERNATIONAL??

Thanks Gabriel for your alert on PayPal. I immediately subscribed to it,
or how do you call that. HOWEVER: now turns out there is a problem. One
can only activate a PayPal account when one gives not only its credit
card # but also the security # on that card, which I  I don't have!
PayPal knows of this problem but has not yet found a solution. What a
pity!
