[sell-3d] Diane Arbus Photo Identification of Model

Hello;

I really appreciated everyone's initial help with the ID of the model in the Diane Arbus photo:

"Topless Dancer in Her Dressing Room, San Francisco, CA 1968"

Most of you think that it may be between Carol Doda or Yvonne Donjay (D'Angier).  
Butterfield Auctions says that it is "NOT Doda", unless someone knows something that they don't know. 
Would anyone have access to some photos of these two ladies so that we could make a positive ID?
