With the current discussion on tech3D about 3D video editing I thought these might be of interest to a few people.

These are brand new in the box, 'Wicked3D eyeScream' produced by Metabyte they use H3D Eyewear LCD shutter glasses which are a wireless solution for use with a PC. (This product line is no longer manufactured - so the quantity is limited.)

For displaying 3D still shots or movies, the glasses have worked with a variety of video cards I have tried.
The only requirement is that your monitor is capable of sustaining 100mhz refresh or there about and that your video card refresh rate can be set to around 50mhz. (a lesser spec will result in image distortion and or flicker, but can be watchable ).

Everything else is down to the software you use to display your images or movies and switch the glasses and line doubler on and off. Various pieces of software are available for free on the internet.

The glasses are marketed for use with computer games to give a 3D display.
For this purpose you will require a video card such as a 3dFX Voodoo or TNT
