To a point, certainly.  But if the light is red enough (low enough in 
temperature), you can't see all the colors.  I presume if the color temp
were high enough, you'd have the same sort of problem.  I also imagine 
illumination levels play a part.  So the question remains (at least in 
my mind), what is "good enough"?
