RE: double depth?  I was going to define it for Dr. George as the 
depth you get into when "you are out of your depth of understanding", 
but I think Bob Aldrige is right, it is a projection thing. 
And really stems from the fact that in projection there is only one 
optimum viewing location based of focal length of camera and 
projection lenses and all other positions have depth distortion. When 
this gets out of hand you have double depth??? BobH
