RE: John B. calculates little effect and says doesn't think any 
changes needed in base.
Also one of the main benefits of plus diopter closeup lenses over 
extension tubes (bellows draw) is that the f/stop does not change!
So no exposure compensation needed. BobH
(while the diopted lens is now shorter in fl it is at its old 
location and the max f/stop still goes for that film/lens distance. )
