|Well, don't forget that Nyquist bit when going from pixels
|to resolution.  1280*1024 is equivalent to 640*512 when you
|are converting to lines per mm as explained in my earlier 
|post.  640*512 = 327,680 which I agree is within an order of
|magnitude of the 1,382,400 you would get from 35 mm but it
|ain't quite there yet.

I'd be interested in any information they might be able to pass
along outside of what's in the standard sales lit. And ask 'em if they
know about photo-3d :-)
