Some telescope eyepieces have the focal plane between the lenses.  These
wouldn't make good viewer lenses.  I looked at my 32mm Plossl eyepiece last
night and it does not have this problem.  Looking at the Orion Telescopes
catalog, there are only few eyepieces longer than 32mm and the ones in a 1.25"
tube probably won't cover full frame 35mm, at least not without being removed
from the eyepiece tube.  Orion does have a 50mm Plossl eyepiece in a 2" tube
for $99.00.
