About ten years ago there was a supplier if Fresnel Lenses in the UK 
with sizes up to a square metre or so. I think that the lens pitches 
were about 16 to 70 lines per inch or so. Unfortunately last time I 
tried to contact them they seemed to have disappeared without trace :(

They also offered lenticular screens, and double lenticular screens 
for stereo back projection!. They cost far more than I could possibly 
afford at the time.

I have a small collection of 12inch square fresnel lenses (and a 
mirror) for optical projects, most of which have come from Overhead 
Projectors which were being junked for some reason.
(those were the ones used in my 'freeview stereo systems' mentioned by 
Peter Homer, which turned out to be reinventions of the Maxwell 
Stereoscope
